COUNTY SEAT NAMED FOR: Same as the county.

COURTHOUSES: Five -1854, 186?, 187?, 1896, and 1969.  The 1896 building was destroyed by fire in 1967.

STANDING: One -1969 Modern concrete and brick structure.
