Charles N. Haskell, a member of the Oklahoma Constitutional Convention and the state's first Governor.

COUNTY SEAT NAMED FOR: Joseph S. Stigler, townsite developer.

COURTHOUSES:
Rented space was used until the 1931 courthouse was completed.

STANDING:
